Winter Tour Information

Attention all future visitors! Mark your calendars - Polar Park will be taking a holiday break from 12/21 through 1/4. No tours will be running during this time, but don't worry, we'll be back and better than ever in 2025. Happy New Year!

To reserve a time for your group to take a tour of Polar Park:

Select Tickets: Choose the number of tickets based on the ages of the tour participants.
Add to Cart: Click "Add to Cart" to proceed with payment.
Enter Tour Details: At checkout, in the "Special Delivery Instructions or Gift Message" field, specify the date and time you'd like to take the tour. Tours are offered Monday through Saturday, every hour on the hour, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., except on holidays.
Add-Ons: Any additional purchases for your tour can be made in person at the Team Store on the day of your visit.
In the rare case that your requested date and time slot is unavailable: a member of Polar Park will issue you an immediate refund and will help you reschedule.
Group tours: For more information or to book a group tour with more than 10 people, please email tours@woosox.com.

Please note – All guests are required to go through security screening before entering the ballpark. All areas of the ballpark are subject to availability; during special event set up, breakdown, and performances, areas of the field and ballpark may be altered or have obstructed view points. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you during your visit to Polar Park. Thank you.
